Valid guarantee methods include: Pay Plus Web Guarantee, Webpay Payment, and electronic transfer.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the guarantee is not reflected 7 days before your arrival, the reservation will be canceled. If the guest wishes to reactivate the reservation, they must go through the process again under the current conditions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cancellation or Modification Policy<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Samadhi Eco Resort, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we have established a cancellation policy that aims to be fair to both our guests and us.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Advance Cancellations:<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a guest cancels their reservation more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cancellation Policy for Cabins:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No Show:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 100% penalty<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Same Day:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 100% penalty<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>1 Day Before:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 80% penalty<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>2 Days Before:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 80% penalty<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>7 Days Before:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 50% penalty<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>14 Days Before:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> No penalty<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Last-Minute Cancellations:<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of one night&#8217;s accommodation, including applicable taxes and fees.<\/span><\/p><p><b>No Shows:<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a guest does not show up on the arrival date without prior cancellation, it will be considered a \u00abno show,\u00bb and the total cost of the first night of stay, including taxes and fees, will be charged.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Reservation Modifications:<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changes to the reservation, such as modifications to arrival or departure dates, will be subject to availability and possible rate differences.
